Tech moguls Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Sundar Pichai line up to kiss ring after Trump win

Tech moguls Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Sundar Pichai were among several high-powered leaders to congratulate Donald Trump after his stunning victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.

Bezos — who blocked the Washington Post’s editorial board from endorsing Harris two weeks before the election — was among the first to kiss the ring.

“Huge congratulations to our 45th and now 47th President on a remarkable political comeback and a decisive victory,” Bezos, the Amazon founder who bought the Washington Post more than a decade ago, wrote on the account of his on X social networks.

“No nation has greater opportunities. Wishing @realDonaldTrump success in leading and uniting the America we all love.”

Trump has had contentious relationships with company CEOs, particularly in tech, where the workforce is largely Democratic.

Zuckerberg — the Meta CEO who kicked Trump off Facebook after the Jan. 6 riots and censored the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop bomb story ahead of the 2020 election — also praised the president-elect.

“We have great opportunities ahead of us as a country. I look forward to working with you and your administration,” Zuckerberg wrote on his Threads account on Wednesday.

Google Chief Executive Sundar Pichai, whose company faces a possible breakup of its lucrative search business after losing a landmark antitrust case brought by the first Trump administration, also paid his respects.

“We are in a golden age of American innovation, and we are committed to working with his administration to help bring benefits to everyone,” the Google boss wrote on his X account.

Apple CEO Tim Cook also chimed in, writing on X: “Congratulations President Trump on your victory!”

“We look forward to engaging with you and your administration to help the United States continue to lead and be fueled by ingenuity, innovation and creativity.”

Hosannas for Trump extended to the banking world.

“I congratulate President Trump and look forward to working with the new administration in support of sound policies that enhance economic growth and financial stability,” Goldman Sachs chief David Solomon wrote in a memo to staff at the investment bank.

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon also congratulated Trump, Vice President-elect JD Vance and other elected officials, according to a memo to staff on Wednesday seen by Reuters.

Dimon will remain at the bank and has no plans to join the Trump administration despite questions about whether he would take a senior government role after the presidential election, a source told the newspaper.
